Deep scientific literacy and the instinct to find strategic clarity are rarely found together. That means I catch what’s getting lost in your messaging before it goes to the people who need to act on it, whether the work is strategic or a specific deliverable.

As the 2023 President of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and an underrepresented individual in this role, I learned what it takes to align diverse voices around a goal and move decisively under pressure.
